The Mini Beacon Array Set is designed to provide a clean, secure mounting solution for compact warning lights on headache racks or the rear of an engine. Each mount is purpose-built to hold three surface-mount lights, keeping your setup organized, low-profile, and professional.
Each array includes hardware to secure the lights and the protective lids, ensuring everything stays locked in place during operation. For mounting the array to your vehicle, the customer will need to supply the appropriate bolt. We recommend using a bolt with a head size compatible with an 11mm socket for easiest installation.
These mounts are 3D printed in ASA filament, selected for its UV resistance, heat tolerance, and durability in outdoor and high-temperature environments. ASA outperforms standard plastics when exposed to sunlight and engine heat, making it ideal for emergency and fleet vehicle use.
