Shipping policy


Thank you for choosing Bearded 3D. Because all of our products are made to order, please review our shipping terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

Orders may require up to 3 weeks (15 business days) for production and processing before shipment.

Processing time begins once your order is placed and is separate from shipping transit time. During periods of high demand, processing may take the full 3 weeks.

2. Custom & Specialty Orders

Custom, personalized, or specialty items may require additional production time beyond the standard processing window.

If extended delays are expected beyond 3 weeks, we will notify you as soon as possible.

3. Shipping Time Estimates

Shipping times shown at checkout reflect the carrier’s estimated transit time only.
They do not include processing time.

Delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

4. Carrier Delays

Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier service interruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

  • Other factors outside our control

If a package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, customers must work directly with the carrier to file a claim.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

6. Returns & Return Shipping

If a return is approved under our Refund & Exchange Policy:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
