Refund policy



Thank you for choosing Bearded 3D. Because all of our products are made to order, we begin production shortly after your purchase is placed. Please review our policy carefully before ordering.

1. Print-to-Order Policy (All Sales Final)

All items are printed to order specifically for each customer.
For this reason, all sales are considered final once production has begun.

We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Incorrect selections made at checkout

Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

2. Reporting a Product Issue

If you experience a defect or part failure, you must contact us within 10 days of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange or refund review, you must provide proof that the product failed due to manufacturing or part defect and not user error. Acceptable proof includes:

  • Clear photos

  • Video of the issue

  • A detailed written description of the problem

3. Exchanges (Preferred Resolution)

We prioritize exchanges for items that fail due to manufacturing or part defects.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions. Replacement items will be shipped after the returned product is received and inspected.

4. Return Requirements

Approved returns must:

  • Be sent back in original packaging

  • Include all parts and accessories

  • Be returned in reasonable condition

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.

5. Refunds

Refunds are granted at our discretion and are generally reserved for situations where an exchange is not feasible.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

6. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Damage caused by improper installation or use

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Custom, modified, or special-order products
